Shipping and Delivery Details
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment.
We shall endeavor to ship the Goods you have ordered within 3 working day after we receive your payment, as long as the goods selected are marked as “in stock”. Delivery time following shipment depends on country of destination. The average delivery time following shipment is 3-5 days ,for all pre-order goods. If there are any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible. If the goods purchased are marked as “made to order” and are “pre-ordered”, we endeavor to ship the goods you have ordered within 5 days from the receipt of your payment.
We can either deliver your order to the billing address of the card used for payment, or you can specify an alternative address such as a workplace, university or friend/family address at the checkout.
If there are any International delivery delays, we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible.
The promotional code for first purchases is only eligible for full price items during any other promotional offers such as free shipping.
Are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Goods and accessories(bags) must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. We highly recommend when trying on the Oraia to stand on a carpeted area in order to protect the soles with unpleasant markings.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Products marked as “sale”, “made to order” or are pre-ordered we do not accept exchange or offer a refund.
Also, please include a notice that clearly states your personal information and request. Pack the sandals carefully in their original box and a secure outer wrapper and send them back clearly addressed to: 1 Mong Lung Street,Hong Kong,999077.
In order to ensure a timely and secure return, we suggest using our own shipping service . If the item is defective, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order, we will be able to offer a full refund for your sandals or an exchange and reimburse your postage costs if applicable.
To ensure your return does not encounter a delay, we suggest that items are returned to Oraia from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination than the original shipping address may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.
We suggest that items are returned to us via our own service in order for the items to be guaranteed. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability.
In case you decide to use your own courier service, the return shipping charges and any additional charges that may occur are a burden of the customer.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Items marked “in stock” are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse , within 21-28 business days.
Oraia products that are not in stock and need to be pre–ordered will take 2-3 weeks to be produced and will ship at that time.
All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate couriers FEDEX.
Delivery time depends on the destination. For countries within U.S.A,European Union,U.K, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Shipments to rest of the world countries , can take approximately 8-10 business days to reach the local customs, then delivery depends on customs clearance.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to PO Box Addresses.
