We will be unable to process any offer to purchase goods until you have done so. These terms and conditions, together with the Order Form, Confirmation Form, Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to the provision of the Goods (“the Agreement”), and supersede any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, written or oral, between us in relation to this, and all past courses of dealing or industry custom. No oral explanation or oral information given by any party (including any information given via our customer service departments) shall alter the interpretation of these terms and conditions. In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you have not relied on any representation other than those expressly stated in these terms and conditions, and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not been made expressly in these terms and conditions.

Payment can be made using any of the methods listed on this web site [payment] and will be debited when we have accepted your offer to purchase.
All prices are quoted in GBP(£)  or any other local currency.
Our acceptance of your offer to purchase Goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via web or e-mail is not a guarantee of delivery. We will inform you if we are unable to deliver the Goods which you have offered to purchase and a full refund will be given.
Every effort has been made to ensure the descriptions and price of goods are correct. We will inform you as soon as possible in the event of an error in pricing or description coming to our attention. Where we notify you of such an error, you will have the option of either (i) confirming your offer to purchase subject to the corrected description or price, or (ii) retracting your offer to purchase and receiving a full refund if the Goods have been paid for.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards also choose to pay or choose to pay with Klarna’s 3  monthly installments.

Shipping and Delivery Details
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment.
We shall endeavor to ship the Goods you have ordered within 3 working day after we receive your payment, as long as the goods selected are marked as “in stock”. Delivery time following shipment depends on country of destination. The average delivery time following shipment is 3-5 days ,for all pre-order goods. If there are any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible. If the goods purchased are marked as “made to order” and are “pre-ordered”, we endeavor to ship the goods you have ordered within 5 days from the receipt of your payment.
We can either deliver your order to the billing address of the card used for payment, or you can specify an alternative address such as a workplace, university or friend/family address at the checkout.
If there are any International delivery delays, we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible.

The promotional code for first purchases is only eligible for full price items during any other promotional offers such as free shipping.

Promotion codes
Are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers.

Oraia reserves the right to cancel or block the promotion code, if deemed necessary, for example, in case of misuse of the promotion code. You will be informed immediately by Oraia.uk in the case of blocking or cancelling the promotion code.

Returns Policy

If you have purchased your products from our official website https://oraia.org,within 21 days, please see our return/exchange policy below.

Please take into consideration that if your sandals were purchased at a different retail location, please refer to their return/refund policy.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Goods and accessories(bags) must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. We highly recommend when trying on the Oraia to stand on a carpeted area in order to protect the soles with unpleasant markings.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Products marked as “sale”, “made to order” or are pre-ordered we do not accept exchange or offer a refund.

Also, please include a notice that clearly states your personal information and request. Pack the sandals carefully in their original box and a secure outer wrapper and send them back clearly addressed to: 1 Mong Lung Street,Hong Kong,999077.

In order to ensure a timely and secure return, we suggest using our own shipping service . If the item is defective, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order, we will be able to offer a full refund for your sandals or an exchange and reimburse your postage costs if applicable.

To ensure your return does not encounter a delay, we suggest that items are returned to Oraia from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination than the original shipping address may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.

We suggest that items are returned to us via our own service in order for the items to be guaranteed. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability.

In case you decide to use your own courier service, the return shipping charges and any additional charges that may occur are a burden of the customer.

Security & Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of any information given to us in order for us to process your order. We will not gather or hold personal information about you unless you have given your express permission for us to do so. By placing an order, you will consent to the use of such personal information.
Any personal information held or processed will be kept up-to-date and will be destroyed as soon as the reason for its collection or processing has lapsed. Distance Selling Regulations

On cancellation, you must return the Goods that we have delivered to you. On our receipt of the returned Goods, we will exchange the Goods or we will refund to you the price you paid for the Goods. Unless you originally received substitute goods, you will be liable for the costs of returning the Goods to us, and we will not reimburse you for this.
Goods must be adequately sealed in the original packaging. Fully complete the returns form included with the delivery package, this will ensure that you receive your refund or replacement goods promptly; please make sure that you have addressed the package clearly with our address. Make sure that you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO SALE, MADE TO ORDER AND PREORDER ITEMS.

Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude any provision of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, or of the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999, or of any other legislation designed to ensure that the rights of parties to a contract of the type of this Agreement (i.e. standard terms and conditions which are not individually negotiated) are fairly balanced.

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim by you arising out of or in connection with the provision (or the failure to provide) the Goods shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied.
No claim by you against us shall be valid unless you have notified us of the details of the claim within one year of it arising. Every provision of this clause excluding or limiting liability shall be construed separately, applying and surviving even if for any reason any of these provisions is held inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances, and shall remain in force notwithstanding the expiry or termination of this Agreement.

Indemnity
IMPORTANT: IN THIS CLAUSE YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS WE (OR CERTAIN PEOPLE CONNECTED WITH US) SUFFER AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF THE AGREEMENT BY YOU OR BY CERTAIN PEOPLE CONNECTED WITH YOU. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY AND DO NOT MAKE AN OFFER TO PURCHASE THE GOODS UNLESS YOU AGREE TO THIS CLAUSE.
You agree that you shall be liable for, and hereby agree to indemnify us on demand in respect of any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims (including reasonable legal fees) sustained or incurred by us, our agents, suppliers, resellers, our customers, officers or employees, and arising as a result of breach by you of this Agreement.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Items marked “in stock” are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse , within 21-28 business days.
Oraia products that are not in stock and need to be pre–ordered will take 2-3 weeks to be produced and will ship at that time.

All orders are shipped worldwide via our affiliate couriers FEDEX.
Delivery time depends on the destination. For countries within U.S.A,European Union,U.K, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Shipments to rest of the world countries , can take approximately 8-10 business days to reach the local customs, then delivery depends on customs clearance.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to PO Box Addresses.

RETURNS POLICY
We hope you are happy with you order. If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for you have 14 -21 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.
